If you're not completely satisfied with your LiftLab purchase, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right — whether that's a replacement, store credit, or a full refund.

We stand behind everything we sell. If it doesn't work the way we say it does, you shouldn't pay for it.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund or return, your item must meet one of the following conditions:

• The item arrived damaged or defective
• The item is significantly different from what was described
• The item was not delivered within the maximum estimated shipping window

We do not accept returns for change of mind on items that have been used and are in full working condition. If you're unsure whether your situation qualifies, just contact us — we'll always try to find a fair solution.
