We believe shipping costs shouldn't be a surprise at checkout. Every LiftLab order ships free, worldwide.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way, including your tracking number.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times

United States: 8–15 business days
United Kingdom: 10–18 business days
Canada & Australia: 12–20 business days
Rest of World: 14–25 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Occasional delays can occur due to customs processing, peak shipping periods, or circumstances outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the upper end of your estimated window, contact us and we'll investigate immediately.

Tracking Your Order

Every order includes tracking. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. Allow 2–5 days for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation — this is normal and doesn't mean your order is delayed.

Customs & Import Duties

LiftLab ships internationally. Depending on your country, your order may be subject to customs fees or import duties upon arrival. These charges are set by your local government and are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, contact us at liftlab.support@gmail.com and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund — no questions asked.
