Common Questions

Where is my order?
Check your shipping confirmation email for your tracking number. If it's been more than 3 days since you received that email and tracking isn't updating, contact us.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
Email us a photo to liftlab.support@gmail.com and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund within 48 hours.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of being placed. After that, they've usually already been processed for shipping. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to most countries worldwide with free shipping on every order.
